No refunds after delivery Because the Product includes access to digital materials and/or cloud resources, all sales are final after delivery/acceptance, except where required by law. ## 2. What counts as delivery/acceptance Delivery/acceptance occurs when you receive access to the AWS AMI and the written instructions for EasyStart. ## 3. Payment processor and payment information Payments are billed through **Stripe**. Stripe collects and processes your payment information. **PerksMinder does not have access to or retain customer payment information** (such as full card numbers) for purchases. ## 4. Billing descriptor Your statement may reference Stripe. Billings may also appear with the descriptor **PerksMinderLLC**. ## 5.
