# OpenClaw EasyStart for AWS ## Security and Data Handling Statement **Effective date:** February 6, 2026 This statement describes PerksMinder’s baseline approach to security and data handling for the Product. It is not a guarantee of security and does not replace your own controls. Technical baseline details: EasyStart AMI security baseline. ## 1. Baseline hardening - We aim to provide a baseline configuration intended to reduce unnecessary exposure for a typical deployment. - Baseline hardening is best-effort and may not address every threat model or compliance requirement. - Your security posture can change materially if you modify the system, expose new network access, or install additional skills/software. ## 2. Secrets and credentials - We do not retain your Telegram bot token, AI inference provider keys, or other secrets. - Do not email secrets to us. - You are responsible for secure storage, rotation, and access control for all secrets. ## 3. Data handling - We handle only customer contact information and any support emails you send to us. - If you send logs or configuration excerpts, you are responsible for redacting sensitive information. ## 4. Payment information Payments are billed through **Stripe**. Stripe collects and processes your payment information. **PerksMinder does not have access to or retain customer payment information** (such as full card numbers) for purchases. ## 5. Third-party services - The Product may integrate with Third-party Services such as AWS, Telegram, and AI inference providers. - Those services may log, store, or process information according to their terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms. - PerksMinder is not affiliated with or endorsed by AWS, Amazon, or OpenClaw. ## 6. Open-source licensing - OpenClaw is provided under the MIT License. - Ubuntu and installed packages include many components under their own licenses.
