OpenClaw and automation risks - OpenClaw is automation software that can execute actions and send information to other systems based on configuration, skills/plugins, prompts, or model behavior. - Automation can behave unexpectedly. Mistakes can cause data exposure, unexpected charges, service disruption, or other harm. - No configuration can eliminate all risk. ## 2. Third-party services risks - Your deployment may rely on Third-party Services including AWS, Telegram, and an AI inference provider. - Third-party Services may have outages, policy changes, security issues, or billing changes outside PerksMinder’s control. - Data you send to or through Third-party Services may be stored, processed, logged, or retained by those services according to their terms. ## 3. Skills, plugins, and modifications - Installing or enabling skills/plugins or additional software can change system behavior and security posture. - If you or an AI Agent modifies the installation, system settings, network exposure, user accounts, skills, or integrations, you assume all resulting risks and responsibility. - PerksMinder does not audit or warrant the security of third-party skills/plugins. ## 4. Secrets and credentials - You are responsible for managing and securing all tokens, API keys, credentials, and secrets. - PerksMinder does not retain your Telegram tokens or AI inference provider API keys. You must retain them securely. - Do not email secrets to PerksMinder. ## 5. Release and assumption of risk To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risks arising from your use of OpenClaw EasyStart for AWS, OpenClaw, skills/plugins, and Third-party Services. You agree that you will not hold PerksMinder or its officers, members, managers, employees, contractors, or agents responsible for actions taken by the system or for any data leakage, disclosure, loss, corruption, or transmission involving OpenClaw, AWS, Telegram, an AI inference provider, or any other connected vendor or system. ## 6. Open-source and third-party licensing OpenClaw is provided under the MIT License. Ubuntu and installed packages include many components under their own licenses. Your use of AWS, Telegram, AI inference providers, and Stripe is governed by their terms. ## 7. Payment processing Payments are billed through **Stripe**.
